Cut off a leg?
Seriously, I hope you wouldn't really damage your body by not eating anything! Lose weight gradually and sensibly or you will put it all on again or, at worst, get really sick. Join Weight Watchers; they are excellent. Making small lifestyle changes can really help weight loss, such as eating at the right times and having a banana in the middle of the day to stop cravings. You should not starve yourself. The reality is that for most people who gain weight easily, you will have to accept that you will have to do alot of exercise (like 1-2 hours a day) and eat very little to keep in shape.
If you've eaten enough to feel satisfied, then you probably have eaten too much. You have to learn to eat only enough that you stop being hungry.
It just gets worse with age unfortunately.

actually, not eating anything can sometimes make you gain weight. this is because once you do eventually eat something, your body goes into overload and stores as much as it can, because your body doesn't know when the next time you will eat is going to be. so the best weight loss plan is to eat healthy and eat regularly. i lost 10 lbs by just changing my diet alone! i eat a lot more fruits and veggies than i used to, and have cut down on the greasy foods and sweets.

itswhat you eat more than anything. Try southbeach, the premiseworks. BASICALLY...eat more fruits and veggies, and hi quality preoeins (eggs, chicken, lean other cuts). Avoid highly processed foods. Aim for high fiber in your foods, no white bread, but whole grain is OK for ex. Use brown rice, not white, don;t add sugars. Dairy is good. Skim milk is great, and with things like allbran or oatmeal made from scratch, great choices. Remember>>>High fiber is good, almost all veggies and fruits and lean proteins and eggs, avois highly processed foods....if its "white" or freaky "orange" like Mac and cheese....stay away, or just eat those in moderation. Also, more small meals are better than 3 large ones. have snacks, if you miss them, you get starving at the regular meal and can pig out.

Here's an answer but I don't know if you'll like it. Take up a hobby, for instance, cooking. Sounds kinda wrong doesn't it? Search for recepies you like that are healthy (which is harder than it sounds) and learn to cook. You'll want to eat because it becomes an accomplishment and you'll be like...it needs more salt or more meat, eventually it will become habit to cook healthy food and learn how to impress the opposite sex all at the same time. Don't know if you're single or what but everyone loves people who can cook!!

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS.
