Just tell her what you want for dinner. If you cant have it then just settle for whatever she gives you and be great full to have a woman who will cook for you. Me i don't get asked i just eat whatever hits the table. Good stuff all the time no complaints here.

Usually we want to please you with dinner so telling us what you want, will help us to prepare it the best way possible.
Or sometimes I just can't make up my mind, so I ask my husband.
Either way someone is either making dinner for you or taking you out for what you want...so why are you asking this question. Someone asks you "what do you want?" Just tell them and don't worry about it so much.

Filet mignon. no, really --- as the wife/mom in my house, I ask that question a lot because I just get tired of being the one who decides & then everybody has some comment about why they don't like what I made. Maybe just make a suggestion like, ' honey, lasagna would be really good one night this week'.... see how it goes. :)

Tell her what you'd like for dinner.
Just remember to thank her for the meal, thank her for making every meal she makes for you. Then surprise her sometimes and take her out or offer to make her something.
You might enjoy it. I used to think of cooking as a chore but now I LOVE cooking for my wife. Trust me, this goes a LONG way.

You tell her what you want. But "A insert-her-name-sandwich" is only cute once a year. The real answer is the real answer.

An honest answer. What do you want? Just keep in mind what is likely to be available for her to make.
