The thing is, there is no way that you would even realize that these people are glancing, unless you are doing the same...so what is to get annoyed about?

It's even more annoying when the table i'm sitting at starts glancing at me...and blinking, and sneering, and raising a menacing fist....

It's normal to glance. Ppl are curious. Ignore them, and continue eating.

Of course! I hate it when people sit there and look all googly eyed at me, Like I am a monkey about to do a trick. They most think the person they are staring at is a movie star or something.

I can't stand it but maybe it's because your table is so much more exciting and they can't stand to be together so they will look at you like you stare at a monkey in the zoo :P

dont let it bother you ,if you are famous this happens all the time ,
maybe you are turning that table on for some reason.smile at them and wave ,that is the correct reaction.
