American people should petition to the UN and International Court if they want impeachment. (Even though Bush pulled the US out of the nations participating in the International Court four years ago it would still be symbolic)

Unfortunately it seems like the government is more powerful than the people right now we as a society are complacent. "It's all about the good ol' boys" mentality. Good ol' Jeb down in Fla. the Father "W" and Mr. "W" all have been slowly nipping away at our freedoms and waging war for the betterment of the special interest groups such as the armament industries, to name a few. My own view on government is that there is a secret society controlling the direction of the government such as the "Skull & Bones" which he is a member as a matter of fact. It's a huge conspiricy IMO. We need to throw out the whole government and get fresh people in there not some old codgers doing business as usual. Taking care of their own agenda to make a buck. Makes me sick.

Commercial Lien Strategy (CLS) whereby common citizens, without the aid of lawyers or Courts, can induce government officials to actually~llv obey the law they have sworn to uphold.

When government officials take an Oath of Office to "uphold and defend the Constitution for the United States" (and/or Texas, New York, Utah, etc.), they enter into a specific performance contract with "We the People." By virtue of their Oath of Office, government officials assume a contractual duty or obligation to obey the law!

If a government official who has sworn (i.e. contracted) to obey the law, breaks or ignores any law he's sworn to "uphold", common Citizens can file a Commercial Lien on his property that will paralyze his ability to buy, sell, or lease any property and ruin his credit rating until he corrects his breach of contract and once again obeys the law. For example, suppose a judge arbitrarily denies you some Rights guaranteed in the Constitution he's sworn to uphold - if he does, you can file a Commercial Lien on his property to compel his compliance with the contractual Oath.

According to the U.S. Constitution, all powers not specifically granted to government are reserved to the People.

I'm all for impeachment and indictment of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield. But the people chose these crimminals...so they're stuck with them. The real losers are the American people.

If I had the power Bush had, I would destroy this country quickly to force the people to react for they're own good.

We the people of America should put the pressure on congress to impeach Bush and Cheney. They are both criminals and should be tried in court as such.

No. Only congress can impeach a sitting president. But if he was impeached we'd have our hands full with President Cheney.

It's no good waiting till someone is in office for 6 years and then bitching about not stopping what they've been doing all along when you ask them. The skill is in making sure they don't get into power in the first place.
