My mother just passed away on 12 Nov 2006. I am the only child. I have been grieving non-stop for everyday. Is there anything I can do to keep myself busy so that I won't have to grief?? Thank you all!!

I brush my tongue 1-2 a day, with a regular toothbrush. I do it for about 1-2 minutes, I'm not being too gentle. Is this going to damage my taste buds?

My neighbors live right below me and the walls are quite thin, so I hear some of what goes on. Everynight and morning, their baby children cry, yell, scream, and cry some more uncontrollably. They do this continuously for hours at a time. The thing is, I don't hear the parents doing anything, in fact it seems like the parents are not even there by what I hear. I don't know if this is normal. It's really bothering me when I can't sleep, but it also really bothers me because it may be abuse. Any ideas on how to either give a subtle hint or what agency to call (?)...

I want a cheap camera but of good quality if it costs less then 60 then is ok. I had a bad experience with a Kodak EasyShare that stop working for no reason and it cost me over 100 dollars and I don't want to spend a lot of money on a camera again.

I have seen some cheap ones but I don't know which one is the best.

If it has zoom, video and webcam that would be great too.

Oh and tell me where I can afford it (Kmart, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Max etc)

Most dictionaries give the phonetic transcriptions of words on how to prounounce it, some give indication of where the stress of a syllable is. Does anyone know where i can get a dictionary like this, i need it for studying linguistics particularly phonology.

i had a fight with a friend a week ago and she decided that we couldn't be friends anymore. she said she needed her space and that i always pressure her to set up meet-ups for us and to be there when i call. i wasn't thinking straight then and i was only thinking of myself... so i emailed her straight after our fight saying sorry and asked if we could still be friends... i sent her 3 emails (omg, so stupid...) i think i pressured her and was on her face again. she sent an email back saying no we can't be friends... we haven't spoken since...

she's left for a vacation, and i can't speak to her until feb next year... can i still mend this broken friendship? if i can, how?

i'm in need of advice please... i don't want to lose her.
