I want a cheap camera but of good quality if it costs less then 60 then is ok. I had a bad experience with a Kodak EasyShare that stop working for no reason and it cost me over 100 dollars and I don't want to spend a lot of money on a camera again.

I have seen some cheap ones but I don't know which one is the best.

If it has zoom, video and webcam that would be great too.

Oh and tell me where I can afford it (Kmart, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Max etc)

You will probably not be satisfied with the quality or durability of any digital camera under $100. There are a few around, they suffer from terrible shutter lag, generally have poor lenses and take crappy pictures. In my lab, I have a VuePoint 4MP marked down to $40, but it is pretty crappy.

However, you can find a good, if not excellent, 35mm film camera for the same price. People are switching to digital and unloading their film SLR type cameras for next to nothing. Look at www.keh.com for used cameras, both film and digital.

Or you can check eBay for a used or refurbished digital camera cheaper than buying a new one. This time of year, you might get lucky a find a decent one new on sale, but look to spend at least $150 if the camera is any good.

Look for optical zoom, digital zoom is useless and just degrades your image quality. Staples and Office Max often have them on sale. You might find a clearance camera at WallyWorld as well.

Good luck!

to a distinctive answer, mega pixels do not make greater helpful photos. that's purely someone-friendly false impression. surely, on digital element and shoots, the fewer mega pixels equals greater helpful photos. i might pass with the Nikon L11. i've got heard good issues approximately it, and the completed L sequence. Kodak on the different hand isn't so good. A rule that I consistently pass by using is, on no account purchase Kodak, Polaroid, HP, or GE cameras. so far, I even have not had any issues. the main important flaw with Kodak digitals is its photograph high quality. wish this facilitates.
