circumstances of guy or woman cops on the take are very uncommon, and branch length is seldom an argument. the super corruption element is crooked politics at the back of the guidelines officer are required to enforce. eighty% of the patrol law enforcement officers time is now spent imposing administrative regulation.... expired tags, suspended license, no information of coverage, seat belt, equipment violations, non shifting violations, a myriad of victimless crime rules, all interior the pastime of nearby sales (shhhh, that's a secret). there is little time left to deter or resolve real crime. That then creates the different massive concern, that of dozens of irate unarmed electorate a 365 days being shot by using law enforcement officers for refusing to stay with instructions (small ask your self), and no law enforcement officers being prosecuted (no massive marvel). human beings could awaken and vote in some legislators which will start up repealing ineffective sales producing regulation so the police can communicate detering and fixing real crime, what they have been employed for.

It happens in both small and large . It depends on the people the dept. has . A police dept. cannot become corrupt on its own . Its the people or person that can make a dept. corrupt .
