can you talk to your landlord, my sister had a lil baby and he screams but above them complained and the landlord told them to try and keep him quiet. To be honest its natural if its young but the mum n dad shd try and stop it.
What bullshit about calling police or child welfare, if abuse was going on do u think a child wouldb be aloud to cry???????? most would keep them quiet.

My son was collicky when he was small. No amount of hushing helped. He would cry nonstop for hours. The only thing that I could do was walk him up and down in our shoebox apatment. It was exhausting and sometimes I didn't have the energy to get up and rock him so that he could stop crying. It may be a good idea to talk to the landlord before you call the CPS. I don't think I could have handled an officer coming to ask me if I was abusing my child after the sleepless hours of having to deal with my child's screaming.

If you suspect abuse call child services. Where I live neighbors heard crying for a few days straight. Three days..when The crying stopped and the police finally investigated the children were dead..three months old and two years old. The mother went out partying and abandoned them because she didnt want them anymore. Please call just incase..If it seems you are being a horrible neighbor who cares at least it will give the mother a wake up call to be more mindful of her children,

Just because you cant hear the parents does not mean they are not there. My youngest cried like that. It's very hard on everyone involved. Do you know the parents at all? Maybe get to know them and help them out. Sometimes a new face is just enough to help a little one stop crying for at least a few minutes.

Slip a note under their door and tell them about your concerns. You could even offer to help out once in a while or give a list of agencies that can help. If, you are threatened or ignored then contact your landlord and Child Protective Services. Honestly, some children are very sensitive and cry their fair share.

i think of there's a very good possibility he's not surely a bad guy or woman, purely pissed off because of the fact he does not like noise, yet is in a topic the place he has to handle a brilliant number of it. i'm like this too... i in my view could be waiting to get peace and quiet interior my domicile. and that i've got stumbled on myself rather rather offended at pals i've got had who have been consistently noisy, fairly ones with youngsters. whether, what i've got observed is that when I get to appreciate those human beings, their noise bothers me much less. It stops being "that dang youngster screaming" and could become "lovable little Gabrielle around the corridor". And any time somebody surely apologizes for the noise their youngsters are making, i think like the variety of jerk for being afflicted by using it. So, my advice is this. communicate with him. Get friendly with him. convey sympathy in direction of him bearing directly to the noise, and doubtless upload some thing approximately how complicated that is been so which you may get any sleep with how unwell your daughter has been. whinge bearing directly to the variety you prefer the partitions weren't so skinny - which would be some thing for you 2 to bond over. basically, make your self his chum so as which you will now not be the enemy of his peace and quiet.

Call CPS, Child Protective Services, and tell them what is going on, and you want it investigated. No child should cry that much, or call the police and tell them to come and investigate. The children may be at home alone.
Tuggers, she said it was more than one child that is screaming and crying uncontrollably all the time. This is not colic and is unatural.

If the kids are not being taking care of then you need to take action and call someone who can take them to a better place. (If they choose to take the kids out of the home for neglect issues then another family member will be given the opportunity to take rights of them)
If nothing is being done wrong then you should speak to your neighbor!!

Go there and try to pacify the little babies...you'll see how 'easy' it is.Haven't you thought that the parents may try to rock the babies(this is not something you can hear),maybe they are giving them toys or do something else which you aren't able to hear through the walls. You will be most helpful if you let the parents have a rest and rock the babies for a while. Now the CPS are the last they need. You can't be sure that there is an abuse. You may only talk to the parents, see their attitude to the problem and then decide if they are loving ones or not.
