I am SOOO out of shape... nearing probably 180 lbs. I was a happy 140 2 years ago when I fell ill and subsequently quit smoking. I haven't been motivated to work out since. Any suggestions? I have tried Turbo Jam and got bored with it. I am using my Bally's membership sometimes to walk 3 miles on the treadmill, also boring. I am getting married next summer need to lose 40 lbs! Help me get started!

Do I need a reference page if I have an annotated bibliography? This is my first research paper and I completed an annotated bibliography as one of my assignments. Reasoning would conclude, I am supposed to use the bibliography; right? I have not talked to my profesor yet and would like to avoid asking a stupid question, if you know what I mean?

I usually have quite regular and normal periods. I have had stress and life changes before, but those times my period stopped completely. Once for four months. But now I'm so confused because it's lasting so long. The last time I had sex was the first weekend of November. I started my period a week and a half later. Started off as just spotting, which I feared I was pregnant. Slowly it came on a little heavier, but now it's light and going on nearly three weeks.. Completely unsure and somewhat scared to know if something's really wrong.

I went to an exercising class, and, being forgetful, I wore a loose T-shirt, and when everyone bent down to do the pushups, my T-shirt hung down, and this guy, who's my age, behind me, sort of quietly snickered, and he kept smirking at me for the rest of the day!! How do I stop this!? If I wear a loose tee, then my bra shows...if I wear a tight tee, my bra's pressed against it!!! Help!

My doctor recommended every 2 weeks, but if I sleep with my contacts on, should I replace them more frequently? Or if I don't sleep with my contacts on, can I wear them for a longer time than 2 weeks?

well, more than what it already is? i went to a christmas parade, in the small town where i grew up. and i just remember it being more genuine. but this year, they had plasma tv's on a float. they would have a truck with the company advertisement, decorated with a bow. what kind of float is that? that was actually the majority of the parade. there were probably 20 real floats out of the 75 entries. i know people advertise to make money, but sometimes there are more important things and times when it is just not appropriate. one day, i know, they are just going to have advertisements on peoples coffins, or gravestones... :(

I truly believe that the 60's will return. I see it in everything around us! For example: Music. Music in the 60's and 70's was excellent. There were so many classics during that time! Then the 80's kinda died down and the 90's bombed. Now in the 2000's the music is starting to pick up again, but I think it's potential won't be reached for a while more. And how about this: War. One of the main aspects of the 60's was Peace. Nobody wanted war! Nobody wanted war because they just came out of a war and realized how bad it was. Now that we are in a war, everyone is starting to want peace again. Clothes: Clothes always cycle around, and whether you want to admit it or not, the 60's clothes will come back. And lastly: drugs. Another big thing in the 60's, drugs were everywhere and even legal! I know what you're thinking....What's that have to do with now? Has anyone read about the marijuana laws in Denver? Look around people....The 60's are coming!

I don't think there is one but it would be nice if there was. It would make using good grammer esier. A common English grammar mistake is saying "they" for a singular pronoun when the gendar is unknow; this is an example "Somebody left their book on the desk, whose is it?" The correct way to say this is "Somebody left his/her book on the desk." Some people just say "he" as a default when the gendar is unknown, and I'v also heard of "she" being used as a default. While these would be gramaticaly correct people almost never talk like that, it would be a lot less confusing to say "usted" don't you agree?

I'm currently looking for an amazing boutique resort in the Caribbean that has an all-inclusive option for my wedding. Preferably, I would like to have the ceremony on a cliffside overlooking the ocean, rather than in the sand. It's very important for travel expenses (airfare & hotel) to be affordable for my guests to come. I would like to keep it around $1,000/person if possible - or I fear not that many people will come! Other preferable amenities are great food, spa services, great service in general, private beach access if not situated directly on the beach, water activities/tours (i.e. cruise for guests around the island), and it would also be great to be able to fly directly into the island - has to have its own airport. :) Right now, I'm trying to stay away Jamaica, Dominican Republic & Puerto Rico - and Mexico. I need a good quick game to play at my Christmas party. There will be about 14-16 people. All ages from 10 to 83. I need somthing that will be simple and won't take more than 20 minutes to play.
It shouldn't be too childish but it should also take under five minutes to explain. I'd prefer to have a new game or activity not somthing like spoons. Got any suggestions?

At the Holiday seasons. I mean don't we get enough of horror movies all year. What's going with the world that they have to make movies like this and then show them at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Isn't Christmas a time for joy and happiness. I would whether watch a happy movie than a scary one.
