I went to an exercising class, and, being forgetful, I wore a loose T-shirt, and when everyone bent down to do the pushups, my T-shirt hung down, and this guy, who's my age, behind me, sort of quietly snickered, and he kept smirking at me for the rest of the day!! How do I stop this!? If I wear a loose tee, then my bra shows...if I wear a tight tee, my bra's pressed against it!!! Help!

Tuck your shirt in before you do the push up. Or position yourself away from the mens point of view.

If U don't want anyone see something that U don't want they see in you.. So U have to choose a appropriate T-shirt or U have to wear not too small and not too large cloth that U feel comfort with that cloth. So U are not need to show your bra or any part your body to others.... OK. That is just my opinion

i would rather wear a tight shirt than a loose shirt because with a loose shirt obviousley you can see everything. see if you have a tight shirt on he really cant see anything except the lines of your bra through your shirt instead of under

i agree with candy cane.
tight is a lil better.....
or sometimes i prefer something loose, so instead...
i wear a lil tankie (a tightish tank top that is cut short above my navel) under my loose clothing..
that way if anything slips nobody can see my bra, an also being smallish an the material lightweight it not only obsorbs sweat but it's like wearin nuthin. lol

The girls in my class wear a sports bra with either another tank or a t-shirt over it - and we do all sorts of inverted yoga poses, and thier modesty remains intact.

position yourself where you can't be seen or wear a tight singlet and then a loose tee over the top

wear a normal shirt and maybe u can consult him about it.
that and if u wear a big shirt put some thing around ur waist so ur shirt wont go down

wear a snug fitting sports bra.with a loose tee over it.It will give you the support you need and keep peeping men still wondering.

get a scrunchie & tie back your shirt at the bottom of your back. it will hold your shirt to your skin & nothing will show at all. then you can take it out & keep it on your wrist or in your hair or just leave it on your shirt!

just wear a not so tight tank top, but don't tuck it in b/c you'll look like your mom dressed u LoL just tie it the back but i suggest to buy a tank just one size bigger than what you normally wear
