When was Janis Joplin at the Sam Houston Coliseum?

I lost significant hearing in one ear from standing next to a 10' tall speaker, but I can't remember the year!

My best guess would be in or around 1968...maybe 69.

I was there. It was October 19, 1969. I was 14 at the time - I'm now 61. Janis' parents, who lived in nearby Port Arthur, TX, were there that night too.
