Please help me find this toy. What is the name of it and the maker if possible. My son is in the hospital with brain cancer. The people he worked with want to do something for my 5 year old grand daughter for Xmas. She saw this dog on TV. He has a little carrier, he whimpers, don't know if he talks or not. You give him shots, take his temperature. She really wants it and I have called all the stores. No one knows what I am talking about.

I recently started dating a girl who is the sweet, smart, and we have much in common. The trouble is, I don't find her physically attractive in any way. She is overweight and that is not appealing to me. This is a wonderful person and I know it seems shallow but if I find it hard to even look at her naked, can this relationship survive?

I really like this guy. He happens to b my bestfriends bestfriend, and the prob is that when I was really depressed and mad I vented to my friend who vented to this guy so the guy I like is kinda scared of me. I have been working for 3 months and started 1st year university. I attended my last lecture of the semester yesterday and exams start on Friday, Dec. 8. However, my employer (a large retail department store) wants me to work many hours over the next two weeks, which will not leave me much time to study for my upcoming exams.

My next shifts are: Wednesday night & Saturday night. I thought it would be reasonable to drop a resignation letter either today or tomorrow before my shift on wendesday, then attend the shift on wednesday and indicate in my letter my services will not be available for the Saturday night shift and for the future.

Is 4 days notice enough? I am still in the probationary 90 days in which i can be fired whenever they like. I do not have a copy of my employment contract, but i don't think there is any legal matter involved.

Please give me your opinion: is dropping a letter of resignation to my manager and giving them 4 days notice sufficient to leave my job?

There's a report out today about a Chinese actress, Zhang Yu. Evidently she's been victim of the casting couch within the Chinese Entertainment Industry. Zhang Yu had videotaped her and her friend being taken advantaged of by a Director or Casting Director for a role in a film. She's now coming out against the film studio with the video proof. I guess she didn't get the part.

My question is, would you be willing to take part in this "casting couch" to better your career? (or maybe not, meaning there are still no promises after the couch as Zhang Yu found out.) Would it matter if it meant your income had the opportunity to make you millions, depending on your success and talent?
