If you have a cute bottom it generally means you have some junk in the trunk, not just some flat bootie. Sometimes girls with cute bottoms with junk in the trunk don't like longer jackets because it makes their bottoms feel bigger than it already is.

I would say that most do not do it purposfully and if they do it's normal. It's basic biology to try and attract a sexual partner for reproduction. We are human. Hell, women with not so cute bottoms wear short coats too.

I think women, nowadays, appreciate the power of sexuality more than they did, say, in the 50's. I think the Sexual Revolution of the 60's and 70's changed alot of our attitudes and views about women and thier sexuality. Good or bad? I don't know, though I think a lot of it is in the eyes of the beholder...don't you think?

WHY CAUSE THEY ARE TEASES or they are after attention so they can yell at you for looking. Cause they are playing with your head. "LOOK WHAT I HAVE AND YOOUUUUU CAN NOT. Or COME AND GET IT. Just walk right up to them grab a handful and ask them what the hell they are doing with all that butt out in the cold and if you could warn it up?
