What are the Implications and Complications of drug-tests?
Do you know? Or can you point me to some reliable sources?
It can be drug-testing in general...but my specific topic is the implications/complications of random drug-testing on the tertiary level (in the philippines). Anyway, thanks!

I I am pro hunting. Lets clear that up now. I am not writing to argue with the people who are not. I just want to share my feelings. Before i met my partner i was anti hunting. I didnt believe that it was necessary to have to hunt these fox's. i thought there could be another way around it. I met my partner, around the time which was so pivotal in the fight against the ban. I told him that although i didnt agree, i would go and experiance it for myself so that i could make an informed opinion. i realize now that it is the best way to control the fox population, which needs controlling. It is an age old tradition, which kings and paupers have both enjoyed. My boyfriend is a whip at one of the hunts and so i am involved personally on a daily basis. The people that are referred to as Toffs are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. I dont want to convert people by writing this. i just want you to be knowledgable and look at both sides of the arguement before deciding.

In Matt 7:21 - 23 it says that those who do not do the Father's will will not enter the kingdom of heaven. So it is important to know what is the Father's will here. The answer is found in John 6:27-29 where Jesus encouraged His listeners to labour for food which endures to everlasting life. So they asked Him what they must they do. Jesus then said, 'This is the work (will) of God that you believe in Him whom He sent.' This can be confirmed with John 3:16 which says that whoever believes in him shall have everlasting life. So the will of the Father in Matt 7:21 is we believe in Jesus. Matt 7:23 confirms that those not qualify for heaven are unbelievers because Jesus said, 'I NEVER knew you.' This scripture has been incorrectly used to disprove 'one saved always saved.' I appreciate your view on this.

NEOGENICS (EUGENICS?) IN A NUT- SHELL

WHAT IS NEOGENICS: It is applied human genetics for alleviating human sufferings and for improving our gene pool.
WHAT CAN WE ACHIEVE:
(i)Neogenics bridges the genetic gap for certain superior traits between the rich and the poor, the urban and the rural populations and between the developed and underdeveloped nations. The gap occurs because of the selective migration of the superior genetic stock from the poor to the rich, from the rural to the urban areas and from the underdeveloped to the developed nations.
(ii)Biological socialism leads to economic socialism. All attempts till date to achieve economic socialism by forcing Marxism/communism failed in socialist countries. Capitalist countries witnessed considerable economic progress but failed miserably in equitable distribution of wealth. Biological socialism is the only hope to bridge the gap in wealth between the rich and the poor in a democratic way.
(iii)Neogenics is for increas

Mideast Allies near a state of panic
U.S. leaders' visits to the region reap only warnings and worry.
By Paul Richter
December 3, 2006
WASHINGTON — President Bush and his top advisors fanned out across the troubled Middle East over the last week to showcase their diplomatic initiatives to restore strained relationships with traditional allies and forge new ones with leaders in Iraq.

But instead of flaunting stronger ties and steadfast American influence, the president's journey found friends both old and new near a state of panic. Mideast leaders expressed soaring concern over upheavals across the region that the United States helped ignite through its invasion of Iraq and push for democracy — and fear that the Bush administration may make things worse.

The only regional leader to voice unqualified support for the Bush administration has been Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, who has gone so far as to say that the Iraq invasion contributed to regional stability.

On his arrival, ushered into the lounge and introduced to the girls mother, who is sat on the sofa. He sits next to her father who is sat in a chair by the family dog, Bruno. Minutes into the meeting, the man felt his stomach rumble, and realises he is going to fart. The inevitable happens and he lets out a loud, smelly one. Feeling mortified, the father then shouts: "Bruno! Get away from that man!" The man is so relieved. A while later, the man feels the familiar rumbling in his stomach, and out came another loud, smelly one. Once again, the father yells: "Bruno! Get away from that man!" And once again, the man feels a comfort in his reprieve. After a time, the man lets out the loudest, smelliest fart ever. The father then shouts: For God's sake Bruno, get away from that man before he sh*ts all over you!
