You need to get the book "taking charge of your fertility," If you follow the book and it still doesn't work, you may need to see a doctor.

I am so sorry about your miscarriage. I sort of know what your going through. I have had 5 miscarriages myself but I also have 4 wonderful kids and I am in my 4TH month of pregnancy.
You need to stop stressing about getting pregnant to start because the stress plays a big part on your body believe it or not so one..........calm down and make sure that your not having sex everyday trying to get pregnant. One little tip is that when and if you notice that your getting a cloudy white discharge in your underpants or when you wipe after going to the bathroom that is a sign of ovulation and that you should try at that time because the reason for the mucus is to smooth the way for the egg to be released and you need to get that egg fertilized.Make sure that after you have intercourse with your husband that you continue to lay in bed for five minutes because a lot of times when you get up after trying to conceive and walk to the bathroom you'll have a lot of the sperm come out and you want to lay still and give it a chance to swim and fertilize the egg. Did you try to use a basal thermometer or a home ovulation predictor? I wish you the best of luck and remember to be calm and not try so hard and you'll be pregnant faster than you know it.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage about 2 and half years ago. I wanted to get pregnant as soon as I could also but we didn't have any luck. After we decided to stop trying is when I got pregnant. It took us almost 2 years to get pregnant though. Here is a website that may help you figure out when your ovulating. Just have fun with it, when the time is right it will happen for you. Good luck.

Well #1 you both need to lay off caffine. Caffine kills your sperm count and it is more difficult to conceive. Also keep track of your ovulation. 14 days from the last day of your period is when ovulation starts. Also make sure you both have an orgasm. The vagina works as a vacum when a female has an orgasm, it will help get those little buggers up there better. Sry, not to sound gross. Good Luck~!

I'm sorry to hear that. I lost my son at 21w3d due to incompetent cervix.

Try temping in the mornings and checking your cervical mucus.
