5:00AM-wake up do 50 crunches then shower, got to school at 7AM At 4PM use my ab lounger for 30 min at 4:30 walk outside for 30 min at 5 have dinner at 5:30PM 100 crunces at 7PM100crunches at9PM shower then go to bed i will eat a yougurt and a peice of fruit for breakfast a peice or fruit at 3 a salad with chicken strips and fat free italin dressing for diner and maybe another snack of fruit arounnd 7 how much will i lose and plenty of water no pop unless diet pop how much by christmas and how long till im 100 lb

I don't think it's a christian band who sings it, mostly because it doesn't suck like most christian rock. There's also a lot of monks harmonizing in the background near the beginning.

A lot of people assume that I am a messy slob when my apartment is far more organized than theirs (They have clothes lying on the ground). I wash my face twice a day and still have bad acne while there are people who rarely wash their face and have perfect skin. Is it just another stereotype to assume that people with acne are lazy, messy, etc.?

My red eared slider is about 5 inches around. He has never been sick yet and is really awesome. It is just him in his tank and 3 tiny fish we got for him to eat but he refuses, they've been in there for about a month. (The 12 cent ones from Petco, he ate two before so we thought he'd like them again).
I went to clean his filter today, it was FILLED with thin, tiny red worms, about 1/8 to 1/4 inches long each. Most were still alive, wiggling around.
We've only been feeding him the HBH Turtle Bites from the pet store. (He refuses romaine lettuce, little carrot pieces) He used to love earthworms but it's too cold for us to find them anymore.
Any ideas why he's getting the worms? And, is it harmful to humans if we touch him?

I'm 14 and a high school freshman who lives off about 4-5 hours of sleep on school nights. I usually wake up around 5:30-6:30 am. I'd like to start waking up earlier though in order to do some stretching. How much earlier should I wake up?
