I'm not entirely sure on that one because Kakashi's lightning Blade can be blocked. When Sasuke fought against Itachi, he charged up the Chidori, and charged Itachi head on and blocks it. Since it is the same move but Kakashi and Sasuke use different names for it, it CAN be countered. For Baki's Wind Blade, that can't be blocked, because you can't see it coming, and you can't dodge or catch wind.

Kakashi's lightning blade b/c Baki's wind blade will only make Kakashi's blade stronger. (Lightning is fire)
