I've been sitting on my front porch watching how the kids play. They seem to point the finger at my daughter all the time when I've witness them to be the blame. We are the new neighbors so when I would be confronted my the moms that their kids told them my daughter did something I would punish my child. After watching them over these last couple of months its their kids that are in fault. I love my neighborhood and made friends with my neighbors and don't want to lose that. I feel horrible that all this time I've been punishing my child for something that wasn't even her fault. Like grounded her took away her toys. I put a stop to that once I found out the truth. They seem to put the blame on one paticular child who does start alot of problems but its not her its their own children too and they don't see it. I need advice on how to aproach them without coming off like a bad neighbor. Any ideas?

I have been assigned a paper to write about anything health-related, and I have decided to write my paper on Type 1 diabetes. My three year old cousin was diagnosed with T1 last year, and I would like to know if there are any parents/grandparents/siblings of those with this type of diabetes. I am going to a Black and White Ball, the women have to wear white, men wear black. I want to wear cream because white is not really this season, so anyway, I have cream colored velvet pants and I was just going to throw on some kind of cream sweater, but I do not know what color shoes to wear...maybe brown? We have had the belongings since Nov. 13, 2005 and there has been many emails, phone calls, and contacting family. We even contacted her mom and her mom came and picked up some things that wasn't runt by mice. Her mom has even tried to contact her. She lives in Illinois and we had to drive there to get our car back, but she refuses to come and pick up her stuff, nor has she called back any return calls or messages since 2005. I don't know if there is a difference between our KY law and her Illinois law or if the two states make a differnce. Since her belongings are here, do we go by KY law?

my wife has continualy placed restraing orders on me for over 20 years when ever she and I disagreedon anything. to avoid getting my wife into legal trouble each time for purgery and other offences I always pleaded no contest because she always in a few days or week she would drop the order and say she was sorry there were times in the judges chambers she would admit she was only angry each time.now out of 4 boys we have 1 still at home my wife again is going through changes that have motivated her to place another order on me this time she wants a 4 year order and has showed signs that she is going also for a divorce and will try to get me to have to pay support and countless other bill and wants to have me have only supervisied visits my other boys can testify that I have never been domesticly abuseive and I have many character witnesses but I also have been threatened by my wife that if there are signs that I may win my case she will kidnap my son what can I do have no legal help
