i work in a call center where we make the calls to people loooking to refinanceevery mmorning i hitch a ride with a buddy co-worker of mines. so if i ,leave he has to leave also but i want to use an excuse that could free him also becaues thats the only ride i got.

well i suggest you catch a cab because bad enough you getting off work and there is nothing wrong with the person with the car they are not going to go for that but you can get a doctor excuse or if you have children get a call from them

If I'm the friend giving you a ride, your going into labour would do it? Cardiac arrest, hack up a lung, bleeding to death. Other than that you can walk you inconsiderate, selfish moron.

If you have to, say you have a doctor's appointment. Give the employer as much notice as you possibly can.
