i'm not sure i'd say it means alittle more than the average kiss probly someone w/alittle more experience who basically isnt afraid of going to the next level but you cant be sure because from what I see in young girls today they have no idea what there actions lead to and they seem to have no values or morals and tend to think its cool to be a slut, Good Luck KIMBUR

be very careful when it comes to females,we do alots of things that mean different stuff. but NEVER take it to the next level unless YOU ASK if its ok. or u might end up in jail for rape etc... sucking on ur tongue could be a away of playing around for her so if you are unsure just ask HER if shes ready to move on to the next level, that way SHE will tell you yes or no and u wont have to worry about doing anything she doesnt want done. females send mix signals so be very careful, if you are ready to take it to the next level then be mature enough to talk about it, ask her where u can and can't go, talk bout birthcontrol what would happen if an accident happens (72hours contreceptives) etc... that is the most improtant part. you need to have communication with her so that way you wont disrespect her and you are always in control of whats happening and you dont have to worry about going to far

That is what I am usually trying to say when I do that. I would take it slow because not everyone is the same and she may just like to do this. If you think she wants to move to the next level talk to her before you guys are in that situation. I mean don't talk to her while she is doing it that will kill the mood. Just let her know that you respect her and want to make sure that you weren't getting any signals crossed. That will let her know that you care enough about her to ask what she wants. That will really win her over.

Not really, i do that sometimes when i'm kissing, but it doesn't mean that i wanna go anywhere with it, it could just be a spur of the moment thing for the girl or it could just be that she does wanna move to the next level n that may be her way of letting u know

Not really. I would imagine it depends on the lady performing the act. She may be doing it with the hopes that it will be more exciting and stimulating to him. She may get a real thrill out of giving him a thrill. Then, of course, for some women, it may mean "take it up a notch". It depends on the lady in question.
