If this person is speaking Holy Words that he/she most definitely believes, or he /she is talking with Deep & Honorable Respect about God, then I don't see where that is a problem, this person is only speaking how he /she Truly Loves & Feels about God and is sharing his/hers Love & Feelings with others.. But now if this person is using Gods Holy Words and is turning them around and is making fun, or trying to use the words against Our Lord, or is Questioning, Cursing, or Contradicting Gods Holy Words then he/she is being Totally Disrespectful to God, and he/she does not believe in Our Holy Lord, and is only using Gods Holy Words to try and intimadate your beliefs then I would say that he/she is truly Blasphemous.But what this person does not seem to realize if he/she is being Blasphemous, then the only person that he/she is trulyhurting is him/herself!

A person who uses holy words impiously (profanely) is called a SINNER. If they are a member of the Church then a member should go to them and correct them in private. If this is unsuccessful, then they should take one or two others with them and discuss the matter.

Do you mean he is using holy words in an impious way?
Or do you mean he uses holy words but people call him names in an impious way?
What should we call someone who asks questions in such a slack way?

Well, they shouldn't be called anything. Slurs are ugly, and you wouldn't do that to any other kind of group and get away with it, so why do it to someone who practices their religion?
