American "jews" can be confusing....Lewis Black though claiming to be Jewish, is only Jewish in culture....Im not sure if there are any practicing jews in America....they see being Jewish as a cultural thing instead of religious (this is why American jews are so evil) they were the chosen people....now us Gentiles have it much better :)....im sure the camel marriage was an attempt at a joke....Black hasnt thought of good material in 5 years....(when comics arent funny they always turn to political jokes...i.e.John Stewart)

in accordance to each and every of the Jews themselves, Jews are G-d's chosen people absolutely in that they chosen to settle for his covenant and his regulations. It would not advise a similar ingredient to them that Christians and Muslims favor to imagine or say that it does. in accordance to Halachich regulation - you're someone with some Jewish ancestry, yet there is not any such ingredient as a a million/4 Jew. You both are a member of the covenant (a Jew) or not. And subsequently the different poster's ignorant declare about "messianics" is yet another attempt at Christian dominionism, any messianic who turned right into a Jew has voluntarily left the covenant. yet considering Judaism itself teaches that the righteous of ALL faiths ought to have a percentage contained in the international to go back, they don't actively seek for converts. (although that converts have a particular position in Judaism because they voluntarily chosen to settle for the further regulations) all people who follows the Noahide regulations is sturdy in accordance to Judaism.

You answered your own question about Lewis Black. He's a great comedian. As to your first question, it's not worth answering so I won't.

I Think while they were being shown the way, they got lost. I believe the Jews were supposed to follow Christ but a bunch of 'em were stubborn and didn't believe Jesus was the Messiah - it's like they're still waiting around for some proof ... like water to wine, walking on water, making the blind see ... like that stuff wasn't proof enough! No matter! God loves us all and Jesus died for all our sins (even the Jews and Muslims, believe it or not!). How's that for love!?
