My friend came from Germany for few month to work in England. But as he needed money,he had to start work immediately. He didn't have a NI number so I gave him mine. Now he is using my national insurance number but his name to work. The thing is that his boss paid him last week around £178 taxes,on my insurance but his name. Can he get caught and can I get in trouble for this?Thank you

I was hit on twice in a couple of weeks sent flower's first and phone calls regular, then the disaster in their life were they needed money very fast to be sent by western union so they could return back to england after a bussiness trip were they were mugged on the evening of their departure [ how conveniant ] and calls made from a nigeria number i wonder if anyone actually sent these men money and warn any ladies out there do not send money to anyone on a dating site if they are really in trouble they must have friends or family who would help them.

My husband and I get to see his 10 year old son three times a year (we live over a thousand miles away) and one of those times is Thanksgiving. We asked 'BabyMomma' if it was okay for us to get him an XBox 360 as an early Christmas gift. She said'yes, but how am I supposed to top that?'. So we give it to him and he's all happy and stuff, he and his Dad have some bonding time and everything is great. When BabyMomma arrives to pick him up, he exclaims 'hey mom, dad got me an XBox!' to which she replies 'yeah, well I got you a Playstation 3!'.
He hasn't signed onto his XBox live account, which leads me to believe that they hooked up the PS3 and the XBox is going to be a dust collector. She couldn't even wait until Christmas or something. Says she just happened to be at the right place at the right time to get one - she was in a WalMart and they announced that 4 more had just come in (isn't the second shipment scheduled for December 10th, and would they really risk a stampede?) Help!

I personally agree with those people. Public schools are getting worse now and I feel if I had kids they wouldn't get a good education in them, as the teachers in them have gotten where they simply don't care for the students anymore.

I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy around January 2005 and was discharged somewhere around March or April 2005. I have been getting credit card offers ever since. I think I remember my attorney saying that it would be ok to get a credit card after a year or so after me being discharged. I don't even know if a credit card company would approve me and if they did they'd probably have me pay the $200-$300 or whatever amount it is. I've lived without credit cards for over 2 years and if I got one it would be for emergencies only. Any advice please.

I am a Mary Kay Constulant and I have not bought any wholesale therefore I am not selling any. I got rigged into buying the starter kit and I wanted to wait a year and then sign up under someone else but since Christmas is right around the corner I think I am going to go ahead and buy some product just go give away as a gift. With a family of girls it is the best thing for me to do. But my question is if I buy product and do not sell it just give it away as gifts what happens when its time to fill out taxes and stuff. I am a college student and I dont know much about how the tax system really works and I need help from other MK ladies!! I would ask my director but I refuse to talk to her on the telephone because she is always bribbing me to sell something or get free gifts therefore I only email her and when I do she never emails me back! I need this help fast!!

I'm going to post an example:

Say, a guy cheats on his wife. She has evidance on this cheating, pictures/video/whatever have you, and she destroys his car. Smashes it up, whatever.

If the guy were to sue for damages, could the woman plee temporary insanity and win the case?

Also, could she sue for mental enguish and win?

Someone is trying to tell me I'm wrong here. I'm highly into law and court and I know its almost highly impossible for the woman to get off by saying she was temporarily insane in an instance like this.

there're too many people to address, so im just interested for now, to know about atheist and agnostic.

first off let me clarify, im seriously into knowing wat reali puts u guys off from believing, given the fact that Jesus really existed and was cruxified, documented in historical books and stuff.

are there:

any questions that puts u off, like "why does God let bad things happen" , or

bad experiences like "my frend kept preaching to me so that put me off", "God never answered my prayers", or

your views "Jesus was fake, the historical documents were fake", or "just because He was cruxified it doesnt mean He's real", or anything other thing than that?

i appreciate that no silly moronic atheists/agnostic come and give some silly questions like "when are u going to bed" , "when did u take so much drugs" , etc, thats totally off, appreciate if you can stop giving people of your belief a bad name.
