Secretary of State will do it for nothing. Also your insurance agent.

look at her license if today's date is past the expiry date on the license it is expired. as far as a large fee, just make a deposit to me for providing the info once you have found out.

ask your mom, she should know. if it is suspended, then yes your going to have to pay fees to have it reinstated

Call your local motor vehicles or your insurance man and have him check...it's free.
