it can, but its like this, its either there or it isnt. Im a scorpio, and my current boyfriend as well as the last 2 guys i dated were scorpios. The first one was a distance thing so it didnt work, the second we were friends for so long and we just didnt have chemistry. The guy I'm dating now I want to marry one day, and that never happens for me.
