I had this problem too, but living in Florida, long pants are not required most of the year. However, when I needed to wear them, I wore my own, with a belly belt insert from Motherhood. It comes with adjustable elastic bands that slip through a cloth piece to cover the part of your belly that is exposed, then button into your regular pants. You can find it at: http://www.motherhood.com/Product.asp?Product_Id=40741001&category_Name=&Category_Id=&MasterCategory_Id=0 .
I also found that some pants with a very low rise would sit just under my belly, and a size bigger made them a little more comfortable.
Good luck, and congratulations!

I went through the sameeeeeee thing.. and I still am. I'm 35 weeks and can't find jeans long enough.. it's horrible.
You're not going to find any unless you want to pay super high prices.. I just wear my normal jeans and fold the part the buttons and zips under. OR .. wear stretchy black pants that are long enough .. OR those sweat pant suit things that are cute and come with a matching jacket.. OR go ahead and buy the pants that are too short.. and fold them up at couple of inches at the bottom to make it look like they're supposed to be pedal pushers.
Good luck!

My best friend is 6'2" and she found that Old Navy maternity was one of the only brands that made pants long enough for her.

One trick is to check out the men's section at any department store or discount store like Target. I'm serious!
