I'm looking to rent a room in New York and was wondering if there is a difference between a studio apartment and a regular apartment.

The reason I ask this is because this car is not of normal value. I bought it for $225,000 and just want to get the most for it right now, which I understand to be around $160,000.

He thinks he has done nothing wrong though he hasnt gave a toss for his daughter who was pregnant up til 3 weeks ago, he has threatened to beat me up twice and last week he came round to argue with us that we were in wrong, not to visit his grandson, who by the way, he will never see again as long as i live, i eventually had to throw him out our flat by force. He blames me for pushing my partner away from him, but it has been me looking after her throughout the pregnancy and he made no effort to help us when we were homeless or when we moved into our flat given to us by the council. How can i make sure he doesnt make contact with our son, and stop him from upsetting my partner anymore than he has?

I personally don't think its fair that he should have to pay them money, because those guys were rude and out of line to begin with. Some people, regardless of race, just have no class or couth. Hecklers are number one on that list. Hecklers are basically equivalent to the people in the movie theater that talk althroughout the movie. They are the ones who have nerve to bring small children to a movie for adults also. He lost his cool and he was wrong for the insults-both parties were wrong. However, he should countersue the hecklers for disrupting the show to the degree that they did. Matter of fact, he should sue the Laugh Factory for allowing the heckling to go on as long as it did. Those guys should have been kicked out, before Richards even came on. There's no excuse for the insufferable behavior of the hecklers harrassment of the acts that opened for Kramer. The whole black community should file suit against the hecklers for refering to themselves as n*ggas in the first place.

we do not live together but i live at home with my sister and mum since separating from my husband 8 yrs ago. At present i stay 2 nghts with b'friend and my child stays 1 night with the two of us, he is slowly but surely trying to get to know her. I would like to live eleswhere but my child loves my mum and she her so I would not want them to part ever. My sister is almost 30 and single and says that i should not have a partner (especially when he asked me away on a weekend on my own with him - she said i must take my daughter) I don't think this is fair as a single mum am i entitled to have a relationship?
