Hi,
Yes man with one testes can conceive a woman as sperms produces in both the testes. Two testes are not needed for sperms even one can do the job as even one breast in woman can feed the child.

Yes I know of some with only one ball who have had kids. I believe that the remaining ball does the job ok.

Yes, of course. One testicle still produces more than enough sperm to impregnate a woman. A "stereo effect" is not required. LOL
