Hi, just wondering what's going on with my body. A month and a half ago I was weighing 230 lbs (105 kg) and ever since I decided to go on my morning walk for 2 hours non stop, and have cut mostly all carbs (bread, pasta, rice, beans, potatoes), and today I'm my weight is 200.2 lbs (91 kg). I eat fruit everyday and lots of veggies and lean meat, but all in very small portions. I also drink a lot of water and tea (no sugar or sweetener), and I've noticed that my clothes are getting lose (of course, with a 30 lbs weight loss!). I feel more energetic and motivated, but I still need to lose much more. I'm a 30 yr old woman, 5'4", and don't have any medical conditions. My goal weight is 125 lbs (59 kg). I've always been that weight but gained a lot in the past 5 yrs. Well, I've noticed for the past week or so I have not lost any weight, but gained 2 lbs. Is that normal and why? Can I expect to lose more in the next weeks? Any help and personal experiences appreciated. Thanx a lot!
