The oven is made by Homark. I have made sure that it is not a electrical problem. Fan just need slightest touch and off it goes. This only happens from cold.

DO NOT USE WD 40.... it will dry out. If you can get it apart to grease it then use a high temp grease, or if its a plain bearing, light oil

The fan most likely is a sealed bearings and can not be oiled or greased. You willhave to buy a new one

If you are handy, you can replace the motor. They are $20 or less.
You will always have a problem with those cheap little motors once you have a problem with one.
