Pls give ,me some idea , actually I don’t know nothing about air-conditions. One of my friends told me , Air condition working with the support of gas inside , It have the chances of leakage .
And even some death cases happen while they are sleeping
Dose anybody knows the incidents happen by air-condition gas leak

My 2 year old son has intolerance to: Wheat, Gluten, Rice, Dairy & Egg Whites - Anyone else? Advice?

Avoiding Wheat Gluten Dairy & Egg White would be ok - but avoiding Rice ( which it seems MOST alternatives to the above contain) seems impossible!

ANyone else who has similar intolerances? Advice on where to shop & which products best?

Is there ANY bread that can be made without these ingredients??

there are times when my supervisor and i just clash, and I don't know what to do about it. I am not one to hide when I get frustrated and I find it healthy to vent. She takes it personally, and has written on my evaluation in the past that I make her feel uncomfortable. Since that evaluation I have done what I can to improve things, but I am not perfect.
Yesterday I had enough of the stress and it showed. I am not proud of this, and explained where I was at to my supervisor. Again I had the response that I make her feel uncomfortable. So what do I do other than remind myself not to vent to her or show any emotion.
Does any one else out there find it difficult to smile when you are stressed on the job? How can I learn to hide my feelings at the workplace? Should I even try to?
Any advice appreciated, thanks :)

You can tell I'm not exactly computer literate! I have an HP Pavilion dv5133ea and need a cheapish printer for letters, handouts (I'm a teacher) and occasional photos. What do you recommend?

My recently deceased printer used HP 27 and 28 ink cartridges of which I have spares, so if it could use the same, so much the better.

Every day after work I buy a 2 pinta of Milk, intended on coffee and breakfast for the next day, during the course of the evening I end up drinking it all, as it comes. I have done this for months now, I always end up feeling gutted when its ran out and I havent any left to make a cuppa.
