I have hypothyroidism (more specifically hashimoto) and I am really struggling lately with low energy. It is quite a problem as I am a stay at home mom with two very hyper toddlers and I feel like I can't get anything done because I'm always so drained. I know this is a question for my doc, and I am going back soon, but does anyone know of any herbal/natural supplements or easy pick me ups that I can try in the meantime? Thanks.

Let me ask you this...
In real life, you really have to chose to be loved or to moved forward in life...

Sometimes, you just have to be a smartass to secure that position (or the success and recognition) that you want in your career because you know that you're capable to and deserve to be there.
However, in reality being the smartest person in a bunch is sometimes a punishable act...
So... if you're that person, what would you do?
Would you be the succesfull smartass, or would you choose to be the quiet happy merry guy that dates a hot sexy office secretary?

My girlfriend's ex keeps calling her, texting her, showing up at her work recently. Giving her notes and what have you. I told her its going to get worse and worse. Should she get a restraining order on him because obviously when she tells him that shes not interested in him and is with me, he doesnt get it.

i recently hit a ditch with my intrepid, the car stalled out and wont restart. battery fuel and starter all fine. i don't know much about cars but a friend of mine mentioned an inertia switch. is this something someone with limited knowledge can fix. i really dont have much cash to pay for repairs.

I have nothing to do at all, I am doing nothing but to surf internet.... I am feeling like if I should jump out of my 50floor building...or just walk saying I cant take it anymore...but I need my pay check too.
