This has nothing to do with whether we are for, or against it. In other words whose fault is it. The general population of Mexico and the USA was not given a choice.

Firstly, illegals are not only from Mexico. We, er, they come here from pretty much all countries.
The primary reason why they are illegal is that the US assigns a limited amount of visas each year. If the US was to give a visa to all that applied, all the third world countries would empty in short order, and their population would all be here.
So let's say you live in Mexico, and apply for a permanent visa and get denied, then you have a choice. You could stay in Mexico or wherever and languish in poverty or you could make you way over here by hook or by crook. Of course if you are approved, you won't be illegal.
Understand this: even if you make minimum wage in the US, you can, in most cases, have a much better life than if you made "good money' in a lot of other countries. That my friend is why people flock here.

It's mostly Latin America's fault (NOT JUST MEXICO FFS!!) Latin America wanted to get rid of the poor, so it could be identified as a richer area, so they basically don't care about it. It's also the US goverment's fault for not doing something about it, but then again, we are at war...
EDIT: The Mexican goverment would NOT even come close to crashing if Mexicans would stop coming to the US and sending money to their family in Mexico. It's a provent fact, and anyways, Mexico's a rich country belive it or not, it's ranked as the 10th richest country in the world, beating France, Italy, Russia, and a whole lot of other countries. Do some research, instead of just beliving what other people biasly say.

Do you ever follow the news? Do you know corrupt the Mexican government is? Have you ever been to Mexico and not at a tourist destination? The Mexican people are forgotten by their own government. Most live very poor. Hard to find work. When there is no other choice left to work they go to where the work is needed. Here some people forget compassion.

because mexico's economy is not nearly as good as the U.S(and i know its not great seeing how much we are in debt....but that just tells you how bad Mexico's is). If an illegal alien sends $500 to his family in Mexico, the familiy is recieving approx. $5,000 pesos....so the money they are sending gets multiplied by 10 and they are doing almost the same type of work they were doing back in Mexico or Honduras or where ever they are from!!!! but it's not like they are gettin rich out of this! Mexico trades with other contries includin the U.S., which makes alot of americans travel to Mexico.....mexican merchants know this and they raise their merchandice price....so a 2liter coke(for example) would cost you $25 pesos...to us that's reasonable, but to the locals that are working for $600 pesos a week it isnt! if mexicos economy was to stabelize to where their pesos is worth just as much as our dollars, then you would see less and less immigrants!

They're here for the following reasons:
1. To bring in drugs
2. To help get Mexican gangs more of a foothold in the country
3. To make American money so they can send it back across the border....and of course they don't pay taxes on what they make here.

Because:
1. The Mexican government is more than happy to get rid of dissidents
2. The Mexican government and economy depends on the money sent back by illegals to Mexico. The Mexican government would collapse if the border was closed.
3. American politicians in both parties are making too much money from illegal aliens.
--- 3a. The Republicans have them working for their companies for illegally low wages.
--- 3b. The Democrates make money bemoaning the fate of illegals becuase people give them money for being pro-illegals in passing legislation for their benefit.
--- 3c. And lets not foget the money made by politicians who have let plan loads of drugs land in their states.

we have a better country then mexico and cuba that is the bottem line. whp wants to be treated like scum when they do not have to and when they do not deserve it
