If individual interpretation is the chief method for us to read His word, and people weren't meant to submit themselves to a main interpretive authority like the Church, then:

- Why did a Church Council decide what books would be in the Bible in the 4th century? Was this Church Council infaliable? Did it have this authority?

- Why were most people illiterate until the 16th century? How did all these illiterate people get to know about Jesus?

- Why are there 10,000 different Christian denomination, all being guided by individual interpretations of the same Spirit?

My Boyfriend is always explaining things to me even when I don't ask, is there something wrong with that?

See b4 we started dating he said the reason that he's single was that his previous girlfriend cheated on him. I trust him but this makes me wonder, and sometimes when his cell phone rings he doesn't answer it at all, whats up with that.

Or maybe I'm looking to much into this...Or I'm I?

Where can I get a chopper for potatoes and other veggies - I have seem them on TV - made by Progressive?

I have an Onion Chopper but want a chopper to make french fries and also to chop mushrooms, etc. I have seen it advertised on

Is Marching Band A Real Sport?

I absolutley think it is, if people say cheerleading as a sport. I play the flute in Del Mar High School's Marching Band And Colorguard. My stupid pe teacher says i have to write a report on some sport, just cuz i strained a tendon and was out. Anyways i could really use your input.

Moved to Canada with UK credit card debt - what will happen?

Last year, my wife and I moved back to Canada after living 3 years in the UK. We were both students, and collectively amassed £6000 in credit card debt. We left enough money in our bank accounts to make automatic minimum payments on the cards while we tried to sort out a loan in Canada to pay them off. It's now been a year, our UK accounts have been depleted and we still owe £4500 with no easy way to pay them. We know that our Canadian credit rating has not been affected, and our plan is still to get a loan to pay the debt off. I wanted to know what will happen if we are unable to do this in the immediate future, and in particular, if either of us tries to enter the UK while we still have outstanding debt.
