Iran is the only player.
The leadership there are insane. They want Armageddon and for their "god" to come back. They think that if they kill many people, and die themselves, they will go to heaven and get 70 virgins.
They spew propaganda on state run television and their people are all told that the US is the great satin and responsible for all of their woes.
Iran wants the end of the world.
