Some would say Orgasm Addict by the Buzzcocks - but that was back in the 80s, I am sure there are worse now. There was a Police song back then too - they sang it in french because it was too filthy in english - I don't remember the name of that song.

I dont know if its the dirtiest song "ever" written but its pretty dam bad. Slow Motion by Third Eye Blind,you heard of it?Its real graphic,banned from their label actually.
