i recently joined the basketball team at my school. im rather ogressive but my knees go out of joint if i move a certain way or get pushed down...etc.

i can't play without going rough on my knees, i mean, it is basketball! It just gets really frustrating when my knees slip out of joint. it is VERY painful (sometimes worse than others). I've been doing physical therapy but after a whole summer of P.T. and almost no sports or highly ogressive physical activity, my knees seem worse than ever before. I was wondering if anybody knew of any very good P.T. excerizes, as mine don't seem to be working, and if there was any way to prevent my knee from slipping out during basketball.

My daughter is spitting up her milk and she has the runs, but no fever. I had put her on regular milk , from formula about a week ago, does thins mean that her system is not ready for regular milk. This is what I was told, but wouldn't this have happened a week ago. This just started happening last night. I'm taking her into the doctor tomorrow, I just wanted some feedback from some experienced mothers out there.

Ok, the last few weeks i've been having to use panty liners, cos I've been pretty mucousy. It's increasing as the weeks go by (i'm 37 weeks today), and an hour ago i went to the toilet noticed that the mucous had a pale, but distinct, green tinge to it. I've never seen it before, or heard of this happening. Is this something i should call my doctor right away about, or is it normal?

I have not recieved my deposit back from my landlord, it has been over 30 days (I believe california law is 21 days).

I made several attempts to get in touch with the landlord, I was succesful once, and she said I would get it within the week, it has now been another couple weeks, and none of my calls or messages have been answered or returned.

I have all the reciepts for the rent and deposit, and since she didnt send me a itemized statement for why she kept the deposit I guess if I go to small claims court that is no defense for her. The apartment was actually in better condition when I left, then when I moved in.

So my question is do I go to my local civil court and file a lawsuit? I have never been through this before any answers/advice would be appreciated.

BTW I live in Central, Ca

A friend tried helping! now I get a box with blue runner on top of it that says,"gwrmdx-exe unable to locate componit? then this appoication has failed to start because msjet35.dll was not found. Re-enstalling it may fix the problem. Thats one problem, The other is when I click on a folder or file a box come up and asks me, "choose a program to open your file, programs like Autro exec.nt nt file or software file ect.... Ahhh! I don't know! And then when I hit help up top it says," help file cannot be found and it's on my desktop, Where do I put that? (I know where I'd like to put it right NOW!) LOL What a mess, my computer is even running slow, I defragmented, still slow I have msn 1.5 and its like a turtle .00001 I can cruise around on my computer pretty good, but when it comes to this kind of stuff, Well lets just say I tried it before and ended up having it looked at $$. im christian, and i used to go to the church of christ.. and we didnt have much traditions (if your a member of church of christ you would know) but, my fiancee knows everything in the church... but nothing form the bible.. ive been going to a catholic church for about 3 months and they do all these crosses and signs... and i dont know any of them.. and long as i have been there... i've never seen anyone carrying a bible in or out of the church... if youre catholic.. where do you learn about the god??? and his word? ive been going to a catholic church for 3 months.. and if i didnt have my bible studies at church of christ.... then i wouldnt know anything about god... so my question is.... does the catholic church believe anything the bible says?

ok my ex and i split 6 months ago we still remain close friends hang out etc she has told me we will never be back together i accept that she has been seeing my good mate now for a few weeks and they both seem very happy. he has recently split with his wife of 5 years b4 they met. he has a kid to his wife and another on the way. my ex and i are still very close during all this as friends of course can anyone shed anylight on this weird situation
