In scientific terms, a theory is almost a law. It has been tested over and over and over again by many different people with the same results. The "theory" of intelligent design is not actually a theory b/c there is no way to test it, which is why it should not be taught in schools, along with your rabid kitten idea. Find a way to test it over and over and over again and get a lot of scientists to agree on it and rabid kittens will grace the science books of all kids.

Because it is blasphemy against the mighty God Penguins. Kittens, the nerve, only penguins possess the sheer perfection to craft a universe. Penguinism is simply not taught in school in order to prevent the lesser minds from becoming bigoted against the glorious flippered ones.

If your theory was supported by the current evidence in cosmology, biochemistry and physics, then yes, even your picture in one of those fat glossy text books.

Obviously, evolution must be taught. There is too much scientific evidence to dismiss facts. As far as anything else, maybe it could be mentioned that there are other opinions and leave it at that.

Yes, it carries as much scientific value as intelligent design (creationism). And can be proven as easily.
