i recently joined the basketball team at my school. im rather ogressive but my knees go out of joint if i move a certain way or get pushed down...etc.

i can't play without going rough on my knees, i mean, it is basketball! It just gets really frustrating when my knees slip out of joint. it is VERY painful (sometimes worse than others). I've been doing physical therapy but after a whole summer of P.T. and almost no sports or highly ogressive physical activity, my knees seem worse than ever before. I was wondering if anybody knew of any very good P.T. excerizes, as mine don't seem to be working, and if there was any way to prevent my knee from slipping out during basketball.

You need to consult with an Orthopedist. Sounds like you have "trick knee's".

Get checked out. In the meantime Ace makes knee support.

Check your pharmacy.

Check with a doctor about means to support you knees - it sounds like you have an issue with something like lateral support - which is sort of fixable.

And note - knees are the number one thing that goes out in an athlete - if you frag them now, you'll end up like Joe Montana, but without the fame...

Take care,
