How to find out if your stomach muscles are loose? I mean through some sort of checks or examinations or excercise can we check if they are loose or not?

I need to do something on my myspace. There's someone used to do it on my page but i redid it all again and i lost it, and now i dont talk to him anymore. But i really wanna do these. I wanna put an image in my contact table and i searched the internet and found out a website helped doing it, but when i put my image on there's no text on, i fixed something in the code and finally theres text on but the text is too dark on the image its can hardly be seen. I wanna know is there any other generators choosing the text font and text color. And how to make the image fit in the contact table, when i pasted the code they gave me there, the image was messed up becuz the image was too big. And i wanna put an image on my extended network bar, that guy used to put a full image to it but i can just put the image the size of that bar. Anyway if you don't know how to do that, can you help me put a picture right below the details box? Thanks so much if you can help me, and you will get 10 points.

I need to make it look like I don't have any eyebrows so that I can draw on overly exaggerated ones for a costume (I want to be Columbia from The Rocky Horror Picture Show). Is there anyway to do this without having to actually remove my eyebrows? For reference, this is how I want it to look in the end:

About 3 times, I swam in poluted rivers in Canada and California. Each time, my skin got itchy and got cover of many pimples.
I am just back from Puerto Rico, I swam in many areas. One was probably poluted. I got daily some new pimpes (5 days so far) but they are not itchy as usual. As usual, the first pimples were at the belt level.
I believe that my immunity system will eventually destroy that poison. Might it be possible or will I have to meet a doctor to get a prescription of a strong cream?

I tried muzic9.com, but Blogger.com said that the URL contained some illegal characters. The ones they suggested had to be suscribed to, and I don't dare to in case anything happens.
Where can I go to to get free audio clips that do not need suscription and is ok with Blogger.com???
