when the entire season is over, there are still a bunch of episodes that will be starting on February 6th, 2007. They only broke up the 3rd season into 2 "half-seasons" so that they wouldnt have the six week on, six week off, pattern like they had in seasons past. Starting in February it'll be the whole second "half" of the season (consisting of about 18 episodes)

After the season is over. The previous two seasons had their DVD sets released in early September.

Depends if you want an official copy or not!
Official release in uk about mid season I would think.
but only for what has been shown in UK.
You should be able to buy the full season in USA.
There"s people selling tv bootleg copies of shows everywhere on the internet if you know where to look.
No I don"t watch the show or deal in bootlegs.

Season 3 of Lost is still airing in the US so it will probably be out on dvd in the US next spring/summer.
