About 3 times, I swam in poluted rivers in Canada and California. Each time, my skin got itchy and got cover of many pimples.
I am just back from Puerto Rico, I swam in many areas. One was probably poluted. I got daily some new pimpes (5 days so far) but they are not itchy as usual. As usual, the first pimples were at the belt level.
I believe that my immunity system will eventually destroy that poison. Might it be possible or will I have to meet a doctor to get a prescription of a strong cream?

You have contact dermatitis. You are getting an allergic reaction to something in the water. In fact this is an improper immune response.

Vinny, You have some weird respondents to this question. The guy above does provide accurate removal methods. Hydroflurosilicic Acid is a by-product of Aluminium/Bauxite processing and is routinely dosed to various water supply zones at a rate of 1PPM. (Parts Per Million) HFA is EXTREMELY robust and remains in the water until it is deliberately extracted. Few water sources are naturally high in Fluoride, however, well below half the amount normally dosed at treatment works. There is NO satisfactory disposal route for HFA as a waste product. It has been (unsuccessfully)used as additive to various consumer products throughout its history, mostly based upon flimsy research, again, often orchestrated by the producers of HFA. Similar "mother" Fluorides are dosed into numerous toothpastes at up to 2000PPM including infant toothpastes, this use is still the major use of Fluoride. All of your concerns are valid, in that research into Fluoride is amazingly sketchy and shows that it is only effective in combating tooth decay in preadolescence and can actually cause discolouration of of adult teeth at higher doses. (The only readily available research is Canadian and harks from the 1950's) With current understanding, the motivations for mass-dosing of the population through public water supplies, can only be political and or commercial. Fluoridation is carried out by the Water Companies solely at the express insistence of Government, however, practicalities surrounding the addition of this chemical more-often than not ensures no fluoride is added for most of the time!

You definatly need to see a doctor. I am a nurse and I have never heard of water poisoning on the skin. Infection or irritation maybe.

Never self diagnosis. Make a doctor appointment.

See a doctor, and stay out of the water. I doubt you have been poisened, but you may have some kind of allergy.
