My husband had a Stroke and is not working right now. I resently went back to college, and going to school. We are on a very tight income barely able to pay rent. I have four kids. The 3 girls are 18 who has rods in her spine from Scoliosis, 17, 15, and a 13 year old boy who shoe shines and gives me a great report card. Can anyone guild me to where I could get help for Christmas this year because it does't look like we will have one this year. Thank you and God Bless. Merry Christmas

It might have been because she couldn't get in touch with him, on his cell phone, to talk to the kids that were over that weekend, but I still feel like it's disrespectful to me. I told my husband I didn't want her to call my house unless it was a very big emergency. What are my legal options to this? and what's the opinion on it?

OK so I’m 20 and just started to work in an office while I go to college at night. ive done loads of jobs and have done to years of college already so I would say im pretty mature not boring just able to have a conversation and not use a fart joke! So there is this other girl who started to work at the same time as me. I think she is one of the most lovely people I have ever met. She makes me laugh and vice versa we have a weird sense of humour. I think there is something there except the age difference is massive she is 26. Everytime I feel intense fear or love, excitement I physically feel nausiatic...
For a few months now when I lean next to the bar of the moving swing in my house and try to swing I feel like puking too. So much so that I have to stop.
Is there a medical reason for thsi.
I know that the swing thing has to do with motion sickness. But thsi new intense emotions stuff is NEW.
What should I do...I dont think Ill be able to let my hub near me !!:(

My divorce with my wife is pending. She is in India. As I am in US, I transferred 5K from her account as I knew her account password and have all cheques and credit/debit cards.

Now she is going to complain to Consulate in India. Will there be any serious problem may arise for me/ my visa/ green card?

The money which I withdrew from her account was given by me only. My fault is that I withdrew money and put that into my account and got her account blocked.

Please guide what could happen ? Should I deposit the amount again to her account? While disputes were on peak, she wrote me a mail saying that I can withdraw amount from her account as it is not her money. Will that email be a proof to save me ?
