you can fit the room with Eight pieces if you cut it properly.
but would recommend 9 in case...but will fit the room size you said...2 full pieces along each 8ft wall=4 pieces....
1 full piece along each 5/10 wall= 2 pieces...(6 total)
you have left, 1ft 10 inch(24 inches) on each wall that makes
48 inches =1 piece
then on the 8ft wall you have 5 inches times 2 left=10 inches..
total being 7 full pieces and ten of an 8th piece needed for sure, standing them straight up in the 8 ft high ceiling

6 plus 2 to fill in the gaps=8
On the walls that are 8'5 place 2
On the walls that are 5'10 place 1
Then cut the remaining two to fill in the 10" gaps
and the 22" gaps.

8 minus cutouts for door and windows
You have about 230 sq ft Each sheet is obviously 32 sq ft.
230 div by 32 = 7 1/4
