I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Clinique night time mask (sorry, don't know the name of it). Also, if you have acne - TAKE VITAMIN B COMPLEX!!! This will help from the inside. I wish I'd known about it when I was a teenager. For a moisterizer, use 100% emu oil. You can find it in specialty shops or on the internet. Emu oil more closely mimics human skin and absorbs better than anything else.
