Is there a medical reason for thsi.
I know that the swing thing has to do with motion sickness. But thsi new intense emotions stuff is NEW.

I don't know about the other cause, but it's not uncommon for a person's emotions to effect their stomach in an often negative way. Whenever I feel nervous or excited, my stomach aches and I sometimes even get diarrhea. A friend of mine had the same problem you do with the nausea. She actually went to a doctor for it. The doctor recommended putting her on a stress relieving or anti-depressant medication, which helps some people. She didn't like how the meds. made her feel though. I'd suggest trying an OTC anti-nausea medication, or even looking into exercises or breathing techniques that can help calm you down and maybe help your stomach, when doing them is an option.

Are you taking any new drugs? it ought to be a factor result. If not, you may desire to aim and relax some, get some anti nausea pills and specific some over-the-counter abdomen pills like Prilosec.

Go see a doctor about it. If a condition is affecting your life this much, you really don't want to rely on some strangers on an internet forum for medical information!
