My husband says he's going through a mid life crisis. I have feelings he might have had an affair but can not prove it just yet. One day we talk he says he loves me then the next day he says he doesn't think he wants to be married anymore. He's swaying back and forth everyday. So at this time I feel like a legal seperation might give us both the time to decide what we want to do. But I have a problem, we have 2 cars and both cars are in my name (loan and title). He has one of the cars right now. But if I give him the car in a legal seperation I won't be doing the payments or insurance anymore. Problem is that his DL is suspended and won't be fixed untill he pays off over $5000 in fines and spends 30 days in jail (which he won't do). So if I give him the car and he has an accident will I be held liable? Even if I have a legal piece of paper saying he took full responsibility? He's offering to pay both car payments as long as I keep the insurance. What do I do? Where do I stand?

I am 20 years old and weigh 97 pounds.... I am thin.. not VERY skinny but normal...I just feel my jeans a little bit tight and would like to lose a little bit of weight so that I can feel confortable in them! They're not the normal aches you get when you're having diarrhoea or when you're hungry. Those feel like something's squeezing your stomach, or your stomach's burning.

I'm talking about aches that feel like your stomach's getting detached from the fat tissues that're supporting it (you know, your insides are all actually 'hanging' from these fat tissues. And note: I'm not fat or anything).

I'm asking this question because even if I don't eat before jogging and just drink (a little), the pain's still going to be there, like there's nothing I can do about it =( How can I *not* eat or drink before jogging?!?

I can watch 5th Gear it`s not that bad, but no they have some dude on it with VBH in a truckers cafe, it`s now nasty and cheap (especially as you can see a chequared table top with ketchup and mustard bottles).
Tiff Nedeel is cool as is Jason Plato and well Tom Ford took a bit of patience and getting used to... but he`s allright I guess, VBH is a paiin in the *** withe her giggles but again like Tom have grown used to her, who is this new w***ker on the program, he dosent know anything about cars and openly admits it, whats your thoughts on him? the last series was actually pretty good, they`ve, in my mind, ruined a good program by making it..... tacky?

I'm also thinking about buying some of their shirts, but I don't want them to change shape in the wash. That is my number one pet peeve. My bf and i have on and off since freshmen year of highschool we met in middleschool but hated each other till the end of 8th grade. I will be turning 24 years old soon and i really want to get married and to start a family. It took months of convicing to get him to ask me to marry him. He does not believe in it his parents went through a nasty divorce.When we first started talking about wether we wanted kids or not he said no and i said yes i wanted kids then he said well maybe i have to think about it?I found out last week he had a vasectomy done last year and never told me.I feel heart broken i have always wanted kids and i have been getting the baby itch recently. Make matters worse he does not even seem into getting married says he just gave in to shut me up what do i do?
