I am 20 years old and weigh 97 pounds.... I am thin.. not VERY skinny but normal...I just feel my jeans a little bit tight and would like to lose a little bit of weight so that I can feel confortable in them! (most of the time I unbutton them because it feels more confortable, and I want to stop doing that!!) What would be the best way to lose this weight quickly? It won't be a problem for me to keep this weight off because I normally eat very healthy..... THANK YOU!!

Drink lots of water - 6 to 8 glasses a day - and cut out sodas and all sugary drinks. I did that and lost 6.5 pounds the first week, and I didn't even change my eating habits.

97 pounds is tiny! How tall are you? You may just need to tone up - build up some muscle and that will help you burn calories faster. Good luck!!

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Hello,

Have you ever tried cleansing? Cleansing works by cleansing your body of all the harmful toxins. Fat hangs on to the toxins so naturally by cleansing you will lose weight.

Isagenix has an excellent cleansing program available. I personally lost 11 pounds in 11 days and my friend lost 15 pounds in 11 days.

You can find out more here.

Be sure to watch the ‘Are you Toxic’ video on the left hand corner as it will explain a lot about how cleansing works.

To lose weight in a very healthy manner. Just decrease the calories you intake averagely each day and increase the amount of exercise you get each day so as to burn more calories. This should start helping you shed the pounds.

maybe you should just buy a bigger size, because you do not need to lose weight. Chances are you will actually look thinner in clothes that fit you appropriately.
