Either Chopin's Fantaisie-Impromptu or Mendelsohnn's Rondo Capriccioso. I played the Mendelsohnn more recently. I took a two-year break from piano and am just now coming back to it, with a completely new perspective.

I think the most difficult piece that I got close to mastering was George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue." I usually play the violin so it's been awhile since I've played that piece.

Debussy's "Clair De Lune" because of the all the flats that need to be played. Difficult but very beautiful.
And for me as well Moonlight Sonata, I have small hands for a twenty-one year old and because of that, I'm unable to hold down the note say with my thumb, while the other fingers play the chord. (I hope that makes sense) I can play the piece, but I am unable to play it for exam conditions. =(

Charles Ives "The Alcotts"
Prokoffiev's "Diabolical Suggestion"
George Crumb's "A Little Suite for Christmas"
I'm just starting Debussy's "L'Isle Joyeuse"
and Franck's "Prelude, Chorale, and Fugue" I might not be able to handle them...we'll see...

Sleigh Ride. I'm still not performance ready, but I can at least make it through the piece.
