there's this girl, and i have told her repeatedly that i love her. but she doesn't tell me anything. i have no idea how she feels about me. we have a lot in common. and i can confide in her. but when i ask her if we can be together, she tells me to wait.i have been waiting for an answer for at least 7 months. i am in love with her and i'd die for her. but i dont't know how long i can wait. plus i'm only 15. what should i do?

Thoughts? Better for a certain skintype? I know there are several brands out there these days -- Bare Minerals, Everyday Minerals, Your Aunt Betty's Minerals... any brand better than another? Anyone absolutely abhor the stuff? Just trying to find out if it's really worth the cost, or if it's simply over-hyped and over-priced and I should stick with the regular stuff.

I met an acquaintence of my moms for the first time and all she had to say to me was "whoa your mom is way better looking than you!" Now is this a rude, catty remark or does someone say something that rude as truth?

Also I met one of my mom's friends and he said "you are disgusting looking!" Now does a grown man say something so rude to someone?

I do not understand?

I am doing a very simple project about an AND gate (74LS08) using a power supply of 5V (battery eliminator) and a 5mm, 1.8V (red) LED.

What should be the value of resistance?
Should I connect it in series or parallel with LED?
Is there any formula to calculate the output voltage useing resistor when input voltage is given?
